My good friend Nikki sent me this recipe, and conveniently, we ended up with beer in the fridge the next night. I was about to go scouting around at neighbor’s to see who had a bottle I could have, but since we ended up with our own, there was no need.

This recipe is insanely simple if you have self-rising flour on hand, but if not, even doctoring your all-purpose flour is super simple and quick.
To Fix Up Your AP Flour:
Add 1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder and 1/8 teaspoon of salt to each cup of All-Purpose flour.
Here’s the recipe!

It doesn’t make a huge loaf, but it makes plenty to share out to a group of 4 to 6. Fair warning though- if you don’t like beer, you probably will not like this bread. Image may be NSFW.
